Following the government announcement on Thursday 28th May we are planning to reopen our practice on 8th June 2020.
Whilst we realise that this announcement suggests everything will be back to normal, sadly this is not entirely the case.
Between now and 8th June we will be working hard on preparations to ensure that our patients and staff return to a safe environment. All our staff will be trained to use an appropriate level of PPE and to implement all changes required. Our practice will be fitted with medical grade air purification units to ensure optimum levels of patients safety. We are preparing a short video to demonstrate all of the measures we are instigating.
Our priority will be to schedule patients who are in difficulty, to ensure all urgent problems are dealt with appropriately and all of our patients are well looked after. From this point onwards we will be heading towards a routine level of care as soon possible.
Please be assured that all patients who had appointments cancelled during lockdown will be contacted as a matter of priority. We appreciate your understanding as we work through a series of measures to keep everybody safe.
