Complaints Procedure

We take any complaints very seriously and will always strive to address any concerns you may have about our service.

An 'in-house' complaints procedure in accordance with current GDC guidelines is in place.

Complaints are handled by Jane Bower our Practice Manager. It is of prime concern to us that the highest standards are maintained and that you are happy with the care and service which we provide. Should this not be your experience, please contact the practice and ask to speak with Jane, who will listen carefully and try to your concerns and if necessary, instigate our complaints procedure.

However, if you should feel that your concerns have not been dealt with to your satisfaction, you can seek additional help and advice from the Dental Complaints Service:
