Tuesday, April 14, 2020 Jon Ellard

While the beginning of 2020 has undoubtedly thrown the world some challenges, Audley Dental Solutions are happy to report that we are continuing to support our referring dentists through this time, offering restorative dentistry study and online events with our Prosthodontics specialist, Preeyan Patel.

Preeyan joined Audley Dental Solutions in 2019, bringing with him a wealth of expertise in Prosthodontics; both providing excellent clinical care for our patients, as well as educating general dentists about the specialism to support them in offering these services.

While we follow COVID-19 protocol and have the clinic shutdown to patients, Preeyan is committed to continuing to deliver training and education services to referring dentists. Following this guidance, Preeyan has designed virtual events to keep dentists active in their ongoing education no matter where they are.

Audley Dental Solutions and Preeyan are here to support general dentists with complex cases. We offer free CPD's, as well as training and free virtual events to help support and train you while we all manage the challenging distancing restrictions for COVID-19.

On the 21st of April, Preeyan will host a virtual study club, with free CPD. This event will cover:

- A summary of different types of tooth surface loss and their aetiology
- Principles of how structured treatment planning can aid treatment predictability
- Different approaches for treating generalised and localised tooth surface loss
- The Dahl concept and its limitations.

This is a not to be missed event, where Preeyan offers his expertise free of charge to all general dentists interested in learning more about the field of Prosthodontics.
